Delivery Information
We aim to send out all orders within 2 working days of receiving but most are booked out within 1 working day.
All postal orders are collected directly from us by our postal services.
UNITED KINGDOM - Free delivery to anywhere within the UK.
Majority of orders are sent via Royal Mail otherwise we use Parcelforce or TNT Direct. As a general rule of thumb orders to the value of up to £19 are sent via 2nd class. Orders between £20 and £149 are sent tracked 48. Orders from £150 are send by special delivery or courier. If you wish for us to use another courier/service we are happy to discuss your requirements.
INTERNATIONAL - Delivery fees depend on destination, size and weight of parcel.
Please contact us directly to place any international order, we will advice you of postal fees as well as giving you shipping options before any payment is required. Please note that all international customers are responsible for paying any customs (duties/taxes) that may be due.

Bank Holidays, please allow extra time for receiving your order.
Christmas, from the end of November and up to the Christmas period all postal services are under extreme pressure and normal delivery times can double even triple in the time it takes for you to receive your order.
Fragile/expensive items such as instruments etc will not be sent out on a Friday. We make this rule so they are not sat in holding over the weekend period.
Once an order has left our premises, please note we can not be held responsible for postal/courier services. However should you encounter a problem please do not hesitate to contact us.
CHRISTMAS POSTAL DATES -
UK - Monday 18th December will be our last postal date for sending anything out in order for trying to get it to you before Christmas.
INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY - Monday 27th November will be our last postal date for sending anything out in order for trying to get it to you before Christmas.
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD - Friday 8th December will be our last postal date for sending anything out in order for trying to get it to you before Christmas.
INTERNATIONAL TRACKED & SIGNED - Wednesday 13th December will be our last postal date for sending anything out in order for trying to get it to you before Christmas.
